You will have access to emailing us at any time and expect a reply within 24 hrs. We are also active in our private facebook group daily!
Do you write meal plans?
We take into consideration your goals and knowledge, and provide a meal plan if that’s where we think you should be begin.
How long do I have to sign up for?
Our client/coach relationship is minimum of 4 months to ensure we have time to get you started and seeing the results you’ve always wanted.
Do I need to buy supplements?
No. If you have nutrition deficiencies, we will first encourage the foods to assist in this area. Supplements can be added if you chose.
Is this beginner friendly?
Absolutely, we will walk you through every step using our 3 tier approach.
Since this is virtual, how will exercise work?
We will provide a training program with descriptions and links to proper form. We also encourage training videos so we can help correct any imbalances.
Do I have to have a gym membership?
No, we accommodate home and gym exercise plans, even with minimal equipment.
Can I drink alcohol?
We will empower you to make your own choices while be transparent about how to attain your goals in the healthier way.
Do I have to eat the same thing everyday?
No! with the knowledge and direction we provide, we work together to create a nutrition plan that works for your lifestyle.
Do you offer payment installments?
We can offer monthly payment plans or pay-in-full for your first 16 weeks.
